A very clean used quarter
panel came from a 2-door sedan. Here you can see where it is
sectioned in. Note the panel is trimmed and fit then butt welded
on with the TIG method. We do not overlap weld body panels unless
we are replicating a factory overlap.

The left quarter panel
viewed from the front. Note the body panels remain generally
straight and unwarped after welding. Due to the length of this
seam lead will be applied.

The right quarter panel
lower section will be replaced using an aftermarket panel. This
decision was based on the amount of damage, the quality and availability
of replacement parts and cost effectiveness.
